Scope of Role

Working as part of the wider Customer Success Office, your mission will be to provide support and services to customers to help them meet their ambitions using our ERP Software. As an Account Manager, you will be a main point of contact for a range of customers using our ERP and Business Management Software packages. Our customers utilize our software for Accounting, Stock Management, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence, and Supply Chain Management, and you will serve as their trusted advisor throughout their journey with our products.

This is a busy role requiring a methodical approach to ensure customers receive the attention and response they expect. You will have opportunities to discuss current and future technology projects with customers, coordinate with team members to develop proposals, and introduce customers to new technologies to support their digital transformation.

Personal Specification

This role may suit someone starting out in the commercial world with a passion for technology and a desire for a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have an appetite for challenge, a deep interest in developing positive relationships with senior personnel and business owners, and the ability to identify potential opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our growing customer base, acting as their point of contact and advocate within the Customer Success Office.
  • Provide detailed proposals for new requirements and introduce new products and services.
  • Meet performance targets including revenue, credit control, and customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate internal records and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing campaigns.
  • Build positive relationships with existing customers for future case studies.
  • Assist in coordinating responses for complex helpdesk issues.
  • Work with other CSO personnel to deliver optimal service to accounts.
  • Hold annual service level reviews with assigned customers.
Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must have:

  • A Diploma or Accounting Qualification OR a Sales/Marketing Qualification.
  • Full Clean Driver’s Licence.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A systematic and methodical approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and empathetic manner.
  • Initiative and energy, capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage customer experience.
