• Escalate client needs and concerns to senior management where required.
• Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to identify customer needs, market trends and opportunities.

Mpeople Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading manufacturer based in Salford who are seeking to add an Account Manager to their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, acting as a key liaison between the business and its clients.
