Job summary

Bauer Media Group is seeking an Account Manager for the Lincolnshire territory to own and grow a portfolio of advertising clients. The role combines field activity with hybrid work from home and local office, supported by a car allowance to cover travel costs.

You will attract and win new clients, develop existing relationships, and drive revenue growth across Bauer’s portfolio while meeting personal and team KPIs.

Our commercial team represents Bauer Media Audio UK with Radio stations such as Hits Radio UK, Greatest Hits Radio, Magic, Absolute, KISS and many others. The Difference you will make

As an Account Manager you will take personal revenue responsibility for a number of accounts as well as the responsibility to grow business across the Lincolnshire territory, for the Bauer portfolio. Embodying Bauer Media’s values you will be helping to drive Bauer’s strategy and goals in the commercial business.

Your role

Our advertising clients are central to everything we do. As an Account Manager, you’ll be working hard to attract and win new clients as well develop our existing client portfolio. Responsibilities with include:

• Pro-actively develop new business using a range of techniques such as calling leads.
• Grow group revenues across Lincolnshire and the wider Bauer portfolio.
• Achieving personal and team revenue targets.
• Assist in executing Bauer’s commercial strategy.
• Develop key internal and external customer relationships.
• Manage advertising inventory and price.

The Skills You Will Bring

• Previous experience in a sales environment or similar.
• Experience achieving both personal and team revenue targets and working to KPIs
• Proficiency in technology such as a CRM system.
• Exceptional communication with experience presenting key insights.
• Interpersonal skills that will encourage openness and trust.

Working Pattern/Location

This is a hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home, your local office and travelling the Lincolnshire territory assigned to this role. A car allowance is included to cover travel costs.
