Account Manager

Are you a confident communicator with a sharp commercial edge and a love for all things marketing? Our client, a fast-growing full-service marketing agency in Hertford, is looking for a talented Account Manager to take the lead on a portfolio of exciting client accounts.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with a mix of B2B and B2C clients across multiple sectors
  • Brief creative, digital, and content teams on projects, ensuring work is delivered on time and on brand
  • Oversee campaign planning, delivery and reporting across digital, print, social, and experiential channels
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and upsell agency services
  • Stay on top of marketing trends and provide proactive strategic input
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations with confidence

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in a client-facing role within a marketing, creative or digital agency
  • A solid understanding of integrated marketing campaigns (PPC, social, content, web, etc.)
  • Great communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and clients
  • Proactive mindset - always one step ahead and solution-focused
  • Familiar with tools like (url removed), Google Workspace, and HubSpot (or keen to learn)
