Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As an Account Manager at Aperture Comms, you’ll manage a portfolio of exciting hospitality, leisure and retail clients, from established brands to rising independents, guiding our social, digital, and content teams to deliver creative and effective campaigns.

You will:

  • Be the main point of contact for your clients, building lasting relationships and ensuring their goals are met.
  • Oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of campaigns across social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, from social media managers to content creators, to deliver results-driven campaigns.
  • Bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table, staying ahead of digital trends.
  • Regularly track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Skills That Will Make You Shine:

We’re looking for someone who:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or PR, ideally within the hospitality, leisure or retail sectors.
  • Is a natural leader and communicator, with strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Is highly literate, with excellent attention to detail and strong copywriting or content creation abilities.
  • Has experience working with influencers, journalists, or media relations, and knows how to leverage these relationships.
  • Is familiar with social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends in digital marketing.
  • Is a foodie at heart with a passion for the restaurant and retail sectors!
