With a strong track record of delivering skilled trades across the UK, we are now seeking a driven, dedicated, and experienced Account Manager to oversee a high-valued national contract. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a major UK-wide account, acting as the key point of contact for the client, overseeing candidate delivery and compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of service. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, relationship-building expertise, and an understanding of client's needs and growth strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the national account across the UK, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database to meet current and future project demands.
  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Regularly visit client sites to develop working relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with internal team to ensure all candidate documentation is in order, including ID checks, security clearances, and induction requirements.
  • Report on contract performance and proactively resolve any delivery issues.
  • Support business growth through exceptional service, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery and client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
  • Essential: Proven experience in a similar account management role.
  • Essential: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Essential: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to managing multiple projects.
  • Essential: Strong IT and administrative skills.
  • Preferred: Previous experience managing high-value and national geographical contracts.
  • Preferred: Background in B2B relationships and growth strategies.
