We are looking for anAccount Manager to join our growing team of like-minded tech people - based ineither our Manchester or Stockton-on-Tees office. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Hold regular reviews with clients in accordance with Account Management Procedure
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Liaise with technical teams to design and develop tailored IT solutions that meet the client’s needs
  • Provide feedback to technical technical teams based on clients needs, aiding in the continuous improvement of the solutions offered

Our perfect candidate should have a wealth of knowledge spanning various technologies and being able to use these skills to troubleshoot and deliver five star solutions that keep our clients happy is a must!
