As an Onsite Account Manager, you will:

1. Manage the industrial temporary workforce onsite and build relationships with stakeholders.
2. Conduct site tours and travel to other sites (must be a driver with your own car).
3. Develop new business opportunities and maintain candidate pipelines.
4. Oversee attraction, screening, interviewing, and deployment of suitable candidates.
5. Ensure employee checks, interview arrangements, and payroll processes are completed accurately and timely.
6. Support disciplinary investigations and manage high-volume requirements.
