Location: Belfast (Central) Hybrid 3 days per week office based

Account Manager

Due to continued growth and expansion we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager in the Belfast area who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, ask the tough questions, and make real change happen.

What you’ll do

• Be a strategic partner, not just a point of contact
• Guide customers through onboarding and adoption like a pro
• Know your accounts inside out—and use that insight to drive retention and expansion
• Spot what’s missing, fix what’s broken, and celebrate what works
• Deliver product demos that actually make people go “aha!”
• Track engagement and usage—because the numbers tell a story too
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Content to raise the bar
• Always act with integrity, urgency, and pride

What you’ll bring

• Experience managing customers in a SaaS, subscription, or service-led environment
• Confidence leading conversations, influencing decisions, and navigating challenges
• Skilled with tools like Salesforce, Excel, and video conferencing platforms
• Comfortable juggling priorities—but always laser-focused on the customer
• Bonus if you’ve worked in or around construction
