On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be:

1. Working with the senior brokers, account handlers, and management teams to manage our cases daily, handle invoicing, and ensure all documentation is accurate and issued within prescribed timescales.
2. Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximize retention levels.
3. Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
4. Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your experience:

• You’ll have a solid grounding in commercial and corporate insurance, with a focus on Motor insurance products across UK territories.
• Your skill set should include strong communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, relationship and stakeholder management, IT skills, influencing skills, and an eye for detail.
• You should also be comfortable dealing with customer inquiries via phone, face-to-face, and email.
