Job summary

GBG is seeking an Inside Customer Success Executive to own, develop and sell into a defined portfolio of accounts while collaborating with Customer Success Directors to support wider activity.

You will maintain a high level of client contact, identify and nurture opportunities, and focus on retaining and expanding revenue within renewal accounts. A proactive, target-driven attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Interest in developing a career in sales in a client-centric, high-activity environment.
• Experience in target-driven/performance-led business is desirable.
• Good communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in IT/enterprise software is advantageous but not required.
• Detail conscious and reliable with strong business awareness.

Responsibilities

• Speak daily with the external account management team.
• Promote products across the GBG product portfolio.
• Organise meetings with existing and prospective clients.
• Retain and grow the book of renewal accounts.
• Identify risk in renewal accounts and help retain business.
• Work within a target-driven team.
• Qualify incoming marketing sales leads and direct them appropriately.
