About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Sales team. Xtremepush is a global leader in customer engagement, providing a cutting-edge platform that empowers brands to understand, engage, and influence their customers across multiple channels. Specialising in the Sports Betting & Gaming (SBG) industry, Xtremepush enables businesses to drive growth and enhance customer experiences through data-driven insights, personalisation, and omni-channel marketing. Our innovative Customer Data Platform and engagement tools help organisations create highly targeted campaigns, optimise conversions, and maximise revenue. Xtremepush is the only platform that combines real-time CDP, Omnichannel Activation, AI Optimisation, Gamification Engine, and Advanced Intelligence in a single platform.

As an Account Executive at Xtremepush, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within the SBG sector and other key industry verticals. You will work with national and global organisations, leveraging our state-of-the-art platform to address their marketing and customer engagement challenges. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic sales skills, a consultative approach, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver new sales to meet your sales quota
  • Manage a territory that includes national and global organisations across several industry verticals.
  • Collaborate with the SDR and Marketing teams to conduct outbound outreach, generate discovery calls, and build a high-quality sales pipeline with target organisations.
  • Conduct discovery calls and build opportunities, demonstrating the ability to create demand by persuading contacts of the value of our proposition.
  • Quickly develop a strong understanding of the Xtremepush platform and align its capabilities with industry challenges and customer-specific needs.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across Marketing, IT, and Procurement departments at multiple levels of authority and seniority.
  • Develop and deliver world-class proposals, successfully guiding opportunities through the sales cycle to a successful close.

Your Experience and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years experience selling to Sports Betting & Gaming organisations (required)
  • Experience in marketing technology, particularly in the areas of CDP, personalisation and omni channel communications.
  • Track record of consistently reaching quarterly sales quota.
  • Demonstrated ability of regularly closing deals of at least €120k ARR and have closed deals of higher value.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals, with experience handling larger contracts.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines and secure deals with Target Organisations.
  • Exceptional organisational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Relevant third-level qualification.
  • A logical and methodical sales approach, with a sense of urgency, a bias for action, and a natural curiosity.

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland or London/Milton Keynes, UK.
