Account Executive | High-Growth ClimateTech SaaS Start-up | Hybrid - London

A high-growth ClimateTech SaaS start-up is seeking a commercially minded, ambitious Account Executive to become their first dedicated sales hire. With a surge of inbound interest, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the sales process and help scale a platform that is accelerating the UK’s transition to clean energy.

About the Company
  • Early-stage SaaS business transforming sustainable home energy solutions.
  • Supporting over 250 customers across the UK with strong month-on-month growth.
  • Well-funded, mission-driven team building a category-defining product.
The Role
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified inbound leads to closing.
  • Convert high volumes of qualified inbound leads across SMB and mid-market, with occasional outbound prospecting.
  • Build and refine sales processes from scratch.
  • Support large strategic deals alongside founders and leadership.
  • Identify and implement tools and systems to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to meet client needs.
About You
  • 1-4 years of sales experience in SaaS or tech, with a successful closing record.
  • Self-starter thriving in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communicator who builds trust through authenticity and clarity.
  • Strategic, data-driven thinker with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
  • Interest in sustainability and technology is a plus.
The Package
  • Up to £55,000 base salary plus 50% OTE (uncapped).
  • Equity options in a purpose-led, fast-growing company.
  • 33 days annual leave and remote work options abroad for up to 30 days/year.
  • Hybrid work: 2-3 days/week in London office.
