A leading company is seeking an Account Executive to work remotely, focused on acquiring new commercial customers and managing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for exceptional customer service. This role offers flexibility and a collaborative work environment, supporting personal and professional growth.
We are recruiting for an Account Executive to acquire new commercial customers, whilst retaining existing customers by providing exceptional customer service. This is a fully remote role allowing flexibility to work from home.
To develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and target new customers from the marketplace by effectively marketing current prospects.
Establish and manage renewal strategies with each customer to maximize renewal success.
Ensure customers are correctly insured for all exposures and that correct advice is given.
Liaise with Account and Claims Handlers to complete supporting documentation to maintain and achieve customer service standards.
