Description:

An established SaaS vendor within MarTech is looking to add an enterprise account executive / account executive to their team as part of their growth phase. This role offers a strong product-market fit and a competitive commission plan. Ideal candidates are autonomous, with a strong outbound process and experience using technology to support sales activities.

Package:

£70,000-£90,000 base, double OTE

The Role:

Responsible for the full sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, social media outreach, and nurturing prospects. Experience with tools like Salesloft, Gong, Zoom, Apollo, Lusha, Clay is essential. The role involves targeting companies with competitors to understand renewal timings and converting them with superior technology. The company provides a top-tier tech stack to support success.

The Candidate:

Proven sales success in new business, preferably in MarTech or Social Media SaaS. Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, STRONGMAN, Miller Heiman, Challenger, or Sandler is advantageous. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment, managing the entire sales process, generating leads, and selling to multiple stakeholders across departments.

The Package:

Competitive salary (£70,000-£90,000) plus uncapped commission. Opportunities for professional growth and potential share options after proving performance.
