    What we're looking for:

    • 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Commercial accounts.
    • Fluent in English and Dutch, or Swedish, or Danish (verbal and written) is a plus.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, KPIs, and achieving top rankings such as President’s Club.
    • Experience in delivering accurate forecasts to management.
    • Success in upselling, cross-selling, and uncovering customer pain points beyond initial sharing.
    • Advanced skills in: prospecting, pipeline management, strategic account planning, value-based selling, territory management, and operating rigor in forecasting and pacing.
    • Strong business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and presentation skills, especially to C-Suite audiences.
    • Excellent communication skills across email, Slack, Zoom, and ability to explain complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
    • Resilient, self-motivated, curious, coachable, and capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
    • Preferred: experience partnering with channel resellers and extensive use of Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.

    • Drive Organic Growth: Upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts, focusing on extended access management.
    • Close Multi-Product Deals: Identify and close large, multi-product deals.
    • Engage the Industry: Represent 1Password at industry events, build relationships with CISO, CIO, and VP-level contacts, demonstrating industry knowledge.
    • Stay Informed: Keep up with cybersecurity trends, especially in Identity and Access Management.
    • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, foster relationships within client organizations, and leverage partner relationships.
