Job summary

STR Group in Portsmouth is seeking an Account Executive to join our sales team. You will network on platforms such as LinkedIn to build a pool of candidates and develop strong relationships with clients. You will write, advertise and market vacancies while focusing on your KPIs and earning targets.

No prior experience in recruitment is required, as you will be automatically enrolled in our Training Academy to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the industry.

Account Executive

Location: Portsmouth

Basic Salary: £25,000 (increasing to £26,000 – £27,000 upon successful completion of the Training Academy and achievement of targets)

• Year 1 OTE £30,000
• Year 2 OTE £40,000 - £60,000
• Year 3 OTE £70,000 - £90,000
