IMA is a creative agency that builds brands people want to be part of. We’re looking for a detail-driven Account Executive to join our Client Services team and help bring campaigns to life for some of the world’s biggest retail and consumer brands.

The role

As an Account Executive, you’ll be right at the heart of the action — helping deliver work that runs on time, on budget, and on brief. You’ll support day-to-day client service activity, from status meetings and project documentation to supplier coordination and campaign rollouts. You’ll be a key part of a team that brings ideas into the world through retail, experiential and brand-led work.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the team with project and campaign coordination across multiple accounts.
  • Attending internal and client meetings and capturing clear actions and outcomes.
  • Managing admin touchpoints like status reports, job files, job bags, and finance trackers.
  • Preparing creative briefs and quotes, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Assisting with research, proofing, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Occasionally attending retail installations and brand activations, which may take place during evenings or weekends.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a creative, marketing or client-facing environment (agency or in-house).
  • Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and a willingness to learn and take ownership.
