The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Account Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, highly motivated, and has a passion for creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration. Reporting into a Business Director, you will work across multiple accounts, supporting creative strategy and campaign execution while developing your skills in social media, PR, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Contribution – Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Strategic Thinking – Assist in developing and executing creative strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Writing & Briefing – Draft clear and compelling briefs, presentations, reports, and other client materials.
  • Client Management – Support client communications, attend meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day account handling.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver exceptional work.
  • Social & PR Exposure – Develop an understanding of social media trends, PR strategies, and their role in integrated campaigns.
  • Attention to Detail – Ensure accuracy in all deliverables, from client presentations to project timelines.
  • Learning & Development – Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A creative mindset with a passion for great ideas and innovative solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with an interest in brand positioning and campaign planning.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling briefs and reports.
  • Highly collaborative, able to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output across all tasks.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within an agency environment.
  • Interest in social media and PR, with a willingness to develop expertise in these areas.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once, maintaining organisation and efficiency.
