About The Role

We are recruiting an Account Executive to acquire new commercial customers and retain existing ones by providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and target new prospects through effective marketing.
  • Establish and manage renewal strategies with each customer to maximize renewal success.
  • Ensure customers are correctly insured for all exposures and receive proper advice.
  • Liaise with Account and Claims Handlers to complete supporting documentation and maintain service standards.
Person Specification
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High-level interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships.
  • Planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience with commercial business insurance programs.
  • Knowledge of commercial products and the insurance market.
  • Proven track record of retention and integrated sales.
  • Passion for customer service and professionalism.
  • Proactive, able to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
Education and Experience
  • At least 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
  • Proven track record of retaining and organically growing a book of business.
  • Driving license required.
Additional Information

Hours: 35 hours/week

Location: South East
