Christies is advertising on behalf of Wellcom, this is a Wellcom role. The Account Executive position is based onsite at a major client’s Central London office, reporting to the Account Director and coordinating production across departments.

You will manage client relationships, ensure briefs are executed on time, and support senior team members on larger projects while upholding SLAs and KPIs in a fast-paced creative environment.

The role:

Wellcom Worldwide is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Account Executive. This position is based within a Wellcom Studio onsite at a major client’s Central London office. You will report to the Account Director and be responsible for managing the production requirements across multiple departments for the client.

Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you will help coordinate and deliver creative production across the client’s print and digital channels, ensuring briefs are executed efficiently and to the required standards.

You will work closely with an experienced team of content creators and subject‑matter experts who will deliver content briefs and projects across the client’s digital and print channels, including catalogues, e‑catalogues, website content, exhibition displays and other deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the creative production world, with some previous experience in a creative production environment. You will be comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, client‑focused setting and be able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain excellent client relationships throughout project delivery, ensuring clear communication and effective expectation management.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen and develop existing client relationships, with support from the wider Account Management team.
• Take overall responsibility for delivering assigned projects, with support from the Account Director where required.
• Support senior team members on larger, more complex projects.
• Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs, KPIs, processes, project plans, WIP reporting and QC processes.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing internal and client reports, scheduling meetings, developing project timelines and tracking deadlines, and tracking KPIs.
• Collaborate with other regional Account Management teams to share knowledge, resources and best practices.

Required Experience & Skills:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a production or creative agency.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
