Job summary

Christies is advertising on behalf of Wellcom, this is a Wellcom role. The Account Executive position is based onsite at a major client’s Central London office, reporting to the Account Director and coordinating production across departments.

You will manage client relationships, ensure briefs are executed on time, and support senior team members on larger projects while upholding SLAs and KPIs in a fast-paced creative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a production or creative agency.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Organised and efficient with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Impeccable attention to detail in your work, processes, presentations and written communication.
• Sociable, likeable and a great team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and the associated communications.
• Natural problem solver who can find solutions to client requirements.
• Experience using project management and asset management systems is a plus.
• Interest in art is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent client relationships throughout project delivery, ensuring clear communication and effective expectation management.
• Build strong relationships and trust with client teams, offering guidance on content production.
• Anticipate impact of decisions and respond quickly to client needs, avoiding overcommitment.
• Identify potential project risks, create contingency plans, and elevate issues with commercial impact when appropriate.
• Identify inefficiencies and work with wider teams to resolve them.
• Take overall responsibility for delivering assigned projects with support from the Account Director.
