Job description

We’re building the global payment network for money moving into, across, and out of the world’s emerging markets: instant, transparent, and affordable, with stablecoin rails under the hood. We’re backed by multiple unicorn fintech founders and some incredible investors like EWOR, Triple A, Digital Currency Group, Entourage, and Raba.

We’re early enough that the people joining today define how this company works, and proven enough that the work is real from day one: live partners, live corridors, real money. The problems are hard, the surface area is global, and the prize is a rebuild of how money moves between the fastest-growing markets on earth.

We’re growing our team to help us shape the future of our industry together.

About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive to originate, close, and grow institutional clients across our corridors. You will run full sales cycles with financial institutions, remittance operators, and platforms embedding cross-border payments, working directly with the Head of Sales and the CEO. You own your book from first conversation to live transactions.

This is a closing role at the sharpest end of the company. The product is real, the pipeline is live, and the playbook is still being written, which means the person who writes it with us learns enterprise fintech sales faster here than anywhere else. Deals you close show up in the company's numbers within weeks, not quarters.

What you'll do
  • Run full sales cycles. Prospect, qualify, price, negotiate, and close institutional deals. You create demand, not just manage relationships.
  • Own activation. A deal is not done at signature. You drive contract to first live transaction, coordinating compliance on KYB and engineering on integration, and you own the timeline.
  • Grow your book. The second and third deals with a client are where the real revenue is: new corridors, higher volumes, deeper integration. Expansion is your motion as much as origination.
  • Forecast honestly. Clean pipeline data, real close dates, and numbers the company can plan against. We would rather have a smaller true forecast than a bigger soft one.
  • Feed the machine. Market intelligence, objection patterns, and pricing signals go back into how we sell, price, and build.
Who you are
  • You close. 2-5 years in B2B sales in fintech, payments, or financial services, with deals you have taken from first conversation to signed agreement yourself. Less experience is fine if you are exceptional.
  • You can hold an institutional room. Buyers here are payments and treasury professionals who ask hard questions. You learn the product deeply enough to answer them, or you say you will find out and you actually do.
  • You’re operationally relentless. You chase the stuck KYB file, the unanswered email, and the slipping integration without being asked. Nothing in your pipeline stalls quietly.
  • You’re entrepreneurial and scrappy. You have built something yourself: a business, a project, a side hustle. You are excited by the grind, not just the vision.
  • You’re genuinely curious about emerging markets, payments infrastructure, and stablecoin rails, because you will be learning constantly.
  • Bonus: Experience in payments or remittances, understanding of crypto infrastructure, or a network in our markets.
Some questions you'll think about
  • How do you position stablecoin infrastructure to a buyer who is crypto-curious, and to one who is crypto-sceptical?
  • What does it take to move a signed contract to a live transaction in under 30 days, and where does that process usually break?
  • On a corridor where 3 providers can quote a similar rate, what actually wins the deal?
  • When is the right answer to walk away from a deal, and how do you know?
What we offer
  • Central London office
  • Global exposure to institutional cross-border payments
  • High ownership from day one: your deals move the company's numbers
Our hiring process

We keep it fast and transparent.

  • Intro chat (30 mins) with Josiah (CEO & Co-Founder). An informal conversation about your background, how you sell, and what you are looking for.
  • Commercial deep dive (45 mins). Walk us through a deal you closed end-to-end: how you found it, qualified it, priced it, and got it live. We want specifics.
  • Work trial (2 days, paid). The best way to see if we are a good fit is to work together. You'll spend two days with us at our Central London office, working on live pipeline alongside the team.
  • Offer. If all goes well, we will extend an offer and cannot wait to welcome you aboard!
