Job summary

Ips-Regional is seeking a Commercial Account Executive in the UK. You will inherit part of an existing book and develop a portfolio of larger commercial risks across Commercial Combined, PI, and Property Owners, with opportunities to progress.

Join a growing independent broker with strong insurer market access and a focus on developing your own book while leveraging an experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an existing handling team and leverage lead generation to grow client base.

Commercial Account Executive

£40,000 - £55,000 DOE + Benefits

Are you an experienced Commercial Account Handler who looks at the Account Executives around you and thinks “I could do that”?

Or perhaps you’re already an Account Executive but want more autonomy, progression and the chance to make a genuine impact.

I’m working with an established independent broker, controlling around £5m-£6m GWP, that is entering an exciting period of growth and looking for an ambitious Commercial Account Executive to join the team.

You’ll inherit part of an existing commercial book, working with more complex risks across Commercial Combined, PI, Property Owners and Fleet, while being encouraged to get out into the market and develop a book of your own.

There’s already an experienced handling team behind you, lead generation activity producing opportunities and access to a wide range of insurer markets. What they’re looking for

• Strong commercial insurance knowledge
• Experience dealing with larger or more complex risks
• Someone who enjoys meeting clients and developing relationships
• A genuine appetite for new business
• An ambitious personality who wants to progress

You don't necessarily need Account Executive experience.

If you’re a strong Commercial Account Handler who wants to make that move into an Executive role, they are very open to giving you the opportunity.
