Role Overview

We seek a Paid Social Specialist to advance their career as an Account Director. This role involves managing the paid social output for busy client accounts, overseeing junior staff, and developing strong client and stakeholder relationships. Extensive knowledge of paid advertising across social channels is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Management: Develop and oversee social media plans, manage a hybrid team, ensure quality standards, and report on campaign performance.
  2. Client & Partner Management: Deliver social strategies, maintain client confidence, identify opportunities for innovation, and manage relationships with media partners.
  3. People Management: Lead and develop local and global teams, mentor junior staff, and manage recruitment processes.
  4. Operational Excellence: Drive testing and innovation, collaborate across teams, and ensure financial processes are managed accurately.
About You
  • Extensive experience in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across key platforms, with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven ability to plan large-scale campaigns with both brand and direct-response objectives.
  • Strong reporting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in team management, training, and mentoring in a diverse environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
