The Opportunity

Our client, a global creative communications agency, is looking for an Account Director to join their team in the West Midlands. You will work with key clients, supporting their event strategies. Previous agency experience in live events and senior-level content and strategy discussions are essential.

About The Company:

They are a full-service, global creative agency with offices in London, The Midlands, and Manchester. They specialize in live and virtual events, communication campaigns, bespoke films, and incentive travel programs, focusing on translating strategies into engaging experiences.

About You:

You should have at least 5 years of event production agency experience, strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder communication, and a proven track record in content development, financial management, and client relationship building. You are strategic, creative, and adaptable, capable of leading teams and managing multiple projects flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee client projects, coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and logistics, and attend all events.
  • Content Development: Lead creative content creation across media formats.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, ensure profitability, and meet financial targets.
  • Process and Quality Control: Uphold best practices, ensure ISO standards, and improve processes.
  • ROT: Manage ROI targets, support strategic client discussions.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively.
  • Client Management: Maintain client relationships, attend meetings, and identify new opportunities.
  • Business Development: Develop client growth plans and participate in pitches.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with H&S legislation.
  • CRM: Keep client information up to date.
  • Line Management: Lead and develop account teams.
