Job summary

Taxi Studio Limited is seeking an Account Director to lead and grow client accounts, building long-term partnerships and driving fee growth. You will deliver against client development plans, ensure commercial performance, and expand Taxi Studio's value and influence.

You will shape quarterly plans, provide strategic counsel, and work with brand, creative, and sustainability goals to align projects with client priorities, while mentoring team members and upholding our Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to grow and manage client relationships across multiple accounts.
• Ability to provide strategic counsel beyond briefs and unlock growth opportunities.
• Strong leadership to guide teams and influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Direct key client relationships and establish best-practice ways of working.
• Advise on project direction and manage cross-team alignment with brand and sustainability goals.
• Own the commercial viability of proposals, ensuring accurate scopes and forecasts.
• Sign off on brief alignment and ensure production standards before client release.
• Mentor team members and support career progression and wellbeing.
