Role: Account Director | Department/Team: Connections Planning
We are recruiting an exceptional and driven Account Director to join our Connections Planning team. You will work on the Ford account in the UK, one of the biggest auto advertisers and accounts at Mindshare. Our full-service model involves close collaboration with creative and account management teams within the Ford agency structure, primarily with VMLYR.
We promote a fully integrated team approach across media, creative, and client teams, working across three locations: 2 days (Mon-Tue) at Ford’s Dunton office (taxi from Shenfield, travel costs covered), 1 day (Wed) at VML Sea Containers House, and 1 day (Thu) at Mindshare Rose Court.
Your daily responsibilities will include planning innovative campaigns, working with channel specialists to ensure plan delivery, defining audience strategies, managing plans and budgets, and supporting creative delivery.
The Connections Planning team designs audiences, connections, content, and measurement strategies to deliver innovative solutions, leveraging deep media market knowledge and technology insights.
