THE ROLE

We are looking for an ambitious and highly creative Content Manager for our technology team, with strong writing skills, who is collaborative, proactive, a big thinker and thrives in a fast-paced environment across a range of projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across the breadth of some of our most exciting clients, shape the output of work across VCCP Roar and really drive exciting and innovative creative output.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, writing, the latest multimodal content innovations and taking clients on a positive, inspiring creative journey! The ability to bring multiple different creative facets together and make them click.

Above all, we are really looking for someone who has that ability to excite and ignite when it comes to bringing creative content ideas to life both internally and externally.

• Work across VCCP Roar’s client base, developing creative ideas that drive cutting-edge creativity, helping to boost campaigns and capabilities to clients
• Being there at the forefront to make exceptional content across social, digital, AI as well as brand and other integrated touchpoints
• Use the latest developments in GEO and content marketing to craft effective multimodal content strategies and deliver exceptional executions
• Develop creative briefs in line with client objectives, collaborating with members of the creative team to bring these ideas to life in an integrated form
• Be an expert in delivery and client communication: keeping clients informed about what is working creatively and what isn’t working, being able to provide a real sense of direction and high level of expertise with them
• Act as an integral member of the creative team in driving social content, video, copy and integrated content campaigns across the board
• Proactively seek out and share items of interest, i.e. insights, campaigns, concepts
• Continue to raise the profile of the Creative department in the agency and externally, i.e. through blogs, new strategy-led writing campaigns, marketing efforts and sharing insights
• Produce all creative content with an expert quality of writing, with clear structure, simplicity of language and relevant word choice
• Have strong working relationships with PR and marketing teams
• Continue expanding your knowledge of B2B technology, as well as our clients’ audiences and market categories
• Approach the development of your role with enthusiasm and commitment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-end content and campaign production: helping produce innovative and exciting campaigns for our clients, driving the conceptual process from ideation right through to execution.
• Creative briefing and oversight: translating client briefs into compelling and interesting briefs, collaborating with your team to bring these to life in various formats.
• Client counsel: work closely with clients, in partnership with creative and account teams, to drive content strategy across video, social, digital, brand activation as well as AI.
• New business: contribute to new business pitching, helping develop creative ideas for new opportunities across VCCP Roar.
• Being an expert in writing & delivery. Although we want an integrated content delivery expert, writing should be your bread and butter, where you’re comfortable producing long form and short form copy.
