The Position
Taking the time to really understand your clients and their needs, you’ll challenge and interrogate briefs, dealing with challenges along the journey to create solutions that exceed expectations.
Organisation is key here, you’ll be on top of new business, proposals, pitches, budgets, deadlines, and the wider team’s workload. You’ll have a keen eye on the finer details whilst always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
You’ll manage and coordinate the members of your team, ensuring that everyone feels united and supported, quickly becoming a key part in ensuring the smooth running and overall success of accounts.
What We’re Looking For
Organised and proactive, you’re a natural leader with a real passion for delivering the highest level of client services. Your track record will speak for itself, so you’ll be able to talk us through projects that you’ve owned and managed successfully, particularly within the B2B space.
You’ll definitely have that team spirit – you’re hard working and always look to unearth the best solutions for your clients and the agency alike, really caring about the results that you help to deliver.
