Account Director role at 21GRAMS London

No-one’s favourite brand is the one that helps them live longer; we believe it should be. As part of that, we need an account director with solid client services experience and a passion for great work to join the London team, helping lead client strategy engagements and oversee project and drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • A LEADER OF UNREASONABLE HOSPITALITY: You will be your team’s go-to person for excellence in client services, showing and inspiring them to give clients more than they expect
  • A CREATIVE AND BUSINESS PARTNER: To partner with the wider team (strategy, creative, insight, medical & activation) on the marketing challenges clients bring to us (and those they don’t yet know that they have), from immediate tactical needs to long-term strategic brand development assignments, applying class-leading thinking to help structure and direct our response to be as effective as possible.
  • A QUALITY CONTROLLER: To make sure any of thew work we do meets the high standards we all expect.
  • AN INSPIRING TEACHER: To inspire and develop your team and clients through strategic thought-leadership, helping educate and shape the team’s skills and capabilities to foster further success for all.
  • A BRINGER OF INFECTIOUS ENTHUSIASM: To partner with 21GRAMS and Real Chemistry colleagues to create and deliver appealing new business ideas, proposals, presentations.

What you should have:

  • Relevant higher education degree
  • Highly organised with a mindfulness of deadlines, the ability to manage multiple tasks based on priorities and a strong attention to detail
  • Independent thinker confident in taking ownership of assets and material development, but a team player who enjoys collaboration
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and delegate accordingly in order to achieve project deadlines
  • Has confidence to manage upward when required; able to communicate with managers when deadlines will not be met or when issues are foreseeable
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, with a track record of following through on client requests and with high-quality deliverables on schedule and on budget
  • Ability to develop project scopes and vendor contracts
  • Excellent business communication ability, including informal/formal presentation and writing skills
  • High energy, able to effectively operate in fast-paced, growing and evolving environment

Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locationsin cities in the US and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us.For employeeswho are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are not looking for attendance for the sake of attendance but believe that the opportunity to coordinate in-office team meetings, 1:1 meetings with managers, taking advantage of on-site learning, and connecting with client partnersis a critical to delivering on our purpose of making healthcare what it should be.Outside of these offices, we have regions, where people work remotely but come together quarterly for collaboration, culture and learning opportunities. We call this our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART)approach.
