We leverage these insights to help brands reach new audiences, grow their TikTok following and engagement, and produce compelling content that captures attention.

The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.

Ideally, you will manage multiple paid social campaigns, leading creative planning, budget management, optimization, reporting, and working comfortably with small to large media spends.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead paid social planning and buying strategies for key clients across TikTok & Meta
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as their main contact
  • Develop and implement influencer partnership strategies to drive client growth
  • Create innovative TikTok Shop strategies to increase growth and revenue for TikTok Shop clients
  • Oversee TikTok Shop campaign execution, ensuring smooth integration of paid, organic, affiliate, and live content
  • Guide clients on TikTok Shop best practices, including storefront optimization and shoppable content
  • Provide creative feedback for client campaigns
  • Act as a senior strategic contact and escalation point for clients
  • Collaborate with our content creation team, including in-house and freelance TikTok creators and influencers
  • Recommend and develop budget plans for campaigns
  • Propose new business opportunities
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Executives

What you’ll bring:

  • Expertise in TikTok, with a thorough understanding of the platform
  • Proactive relationship-building skills and willingness to travel for client meetings
  • Agency experience with a successful account management track record
  • Solid understanding of TikTok Shop, including shoppable content, live streams, and affiliate marketing
  • Leadership experience
  • A passion for paid campaigns
  • Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
  • Experience creating effective media plans
  • Background working with multiple brands, either in-house or agency
  • Good creative sense for high-converting content
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop Live sessions and support or advice on live production
  • Experience managing or advising on TikTok Shop affiliate programs, including commission structures and performance tracking
