Equans is seeking an experienced Account Director for a key role in Birmingham. This full-time position involves managing operational contracts, driving organic growth, and leading teams across various sectors. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership, strong commercial acumen, and a commitment to safety and innovation in service delivery.
EQUANS is looking for an Account Director to join our team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The post-holder will be responsible for an operational contract(s) with respect to delivery, Health and Safety, staff, growth, and financial performance to agreed targets. Responsible for driving significant organic growth (% per annum to determined) mainly through the delivery of projects on the retained estate. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring operations are delivered in a safe and efficient manner to the standard required commercially, as well as ensuring EQUANS internal processes and policies are adhered to. While Safety is a priority for our People, engagement and Responsible Business initiatives are also key aspects of the People Agenda.
This is a complex role as it is focused on delivery of services to a multitude of clients, to drive organic growth and be intrinsically linked with our work winning ambitions for driving Zero Carbon solutions as well as delivery and development of technical solutions.
