Job Title: Account Development Manager/Executive

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join our Account Development Team as an Account Development Manager. The role primarily focuses on sponsorship sales and reports directly to the Senior Management Team. This position does not include direct reports.

Over the past 15 years, we have grown from a kitchen table start-up into a £4.5 million business, with plans to expand to £7 million within the next three years. We run exclusive, invitation-only conferences designed to spark meaningful connections, deliver pre-qualified leads, showcase thought leadership, and elevate brand awareness in niche markets. These events bring end users and service providers together for targeted networking and efficient, results-driven solutions.

Our Crawley HQ is newly renovated and equipped with a gym, fully stocked kitchen, table tennis, pool table, dartboard, and more. This role is fully office-based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify suitable companies to sponsor our events.
  • Locate decision-makers within target organisations.
  • Design and execute outreach programs to schedule consultations.
  • Guide prospects through a structured sales process to secure event sponsorships.
  • Consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Ideal Candidate: We welcome applicants from various experience levels. However, individuals with prior experience in sponsorship or service sales will be positively received.

  • Resilience and adaptability in a sales environment.
  • Confidence, personability, and the ability to think on your feet.
  • A positive attitude towards rejection and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • No formal qualifications are required for this role.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base salary: £26,000 to £33,000 per annum.
  • Heavily commission-incentivised with first-year on-target earnings exceeding £50,000. Commission is uncapped and can be topped up with an annual bonus. Top earners can reach 6 six figures
  • Clear career progression opportunities within the department, including potential leadership roles and event portfolio ownership.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • A results-driven approach is essential—success comes to those who give their best effort.

Location:

·Ahmedia HQ – Crawley High Street, West Sussex

·This role is 100% office based

Training and Development: Our training is intensive, and team members are expected to implement trained methodologies diligently. As we expand, there will be opportunities for team leadership and broader roles.
