Job summary

The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting for an Account Coordinator to join a global logistics company based in Measham. You will provide excellent customer service, support key accounts and help ensure customer requirements are met.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, 37.5 hours per week, with a permanent position following a successful temporary period. The role offers an hourly pay rate and opportunities to develop within a global business.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service experience is essential.
• Knowledge or experience within the transport/logistics industry would be advantageous.
• Strong customer-focused approach.
• Ability to remain positive and professional under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and courteous telephone manner.

Pay Rate: £13.87 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

The Role

As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting key accounts, ensuring customer requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
