The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting for an experienced Account Coordinator to join a global logistics client in Measham. This permanent role follows a successful temporary period, offering stability and growth within a fast-paced environment.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, coordinate bookings, and liaise with customers and partners to ensure requirements are met, with KPIs tracked and records maintained.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Knowledge or experience within the transport/logistics industry would be advantageous
• Strong customer-focused approach
• Ability to remain positive and professional under pressure

Account Coordinator

Location: Measham

Pay Rate: £13.87 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Hours per Week: 37.5 hours

Contract: Permanent position following a successful temporary period.

The Role

As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting key accounts, ensuring customer requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
