DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping and Accommodation team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will ensure high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and smooth daily operations, including rota planning and stock control, with a strong emphasis on exceptional service.

The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

The Role
