Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a hands-on supervisory leader to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure top-quality standards across our venues. Your role will emphasize guest comfort, cleanliness, and operational excellence at scale.

You will follow health and safety rules, collaborate with Maintenance, and be ready to assist other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. Previous 1-2 years in a supervisory accommodation role is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to help in other departments if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team.
• Ensure high quality of work.
• Follow health and safety rules inside and outside the hotel.
• Keep public areas of the hotel clean (conference room, leisure facilities).
• Work with the Maintenance department to keep hotel standards high.

Your Job
