Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor in Manchester to lead the housekeeping team and ensure top standards while adhering to safety rules. You will maintain public areas, coordinate with Maintenance, and support other departments as needed.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in an Accommodation Department, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to assist across departments.

• 1–2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to assist in other departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Check the quality of work to ensure the best; lead and manage the housekeeping team.
• Follow health and safety rules inside and outside the hotel.
• Keep all public areas of the hotel clean (e.g., conference room, leisure facilities).
• Collaborate with the Maintenance department to maintain high hotel standards.

Your Job

• Check the quality of work to ensure it is the best - Lead and manage the housekeeping team.
