Job summary

Butlin's Conferences & Events in Minehead is hiring accommodation cleaners to join our resort team. You will maintain high cleanliness in on-site units, including bathrooms and kitchens, and you will vacuum, make beds and dust furniture for guest comfort.

We operate 7 days a week with flexible start times for a permanent, full-time 35-hour week across five days. Training is provided as part of a friendly team delivering a great guest experience at Butlin's.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential, with full training provided.
• Ability to work to high cleanliness standards in a busy resort environment.
• Flexibility to work across 7 days and 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Clean accommodation units including bathrooms and kitchens to high standards.
• Vacuum, bed make, dust furniture and fittings in designated areas.
• Report maintenance faults and keep to tight check-in deadlines.
• Work across shifts as we operate 7 days a week.

About The Role

We're looking for accommodation cleaners to join our resort team!

Each week, Butlin's welcomes thousands of guests through our doors Monday and Fridays (our intake days), many of whom stay in our on resort accommodation, Our accommodation cleaners will support with a range of cleaning tasks including maintaining the high standard of cleanliness within our accommodation units including cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, vacuuming and bed making, dusting of furniture and fittings in designated areas; keeping to tight deadlines ready for our guests to check in; reporting any maintenance faults.

We are open 7 days a week so flexibility with days, start and finish times will be needed to ensure we can give our guests a great experience. We are currently looking for Full Time team working 5 days a week within 35 hours weekly.

About You

We're looking for people with a passion for high standards who thrive in a busy environment.

You should enjoy working in a team and have a great 'get stuck in' attitude.

Previous experience in a cleaning role would be advantageous but isn't essential as we will give you all the necessary training to excel.
