Job summary

Butlin's Conferences & Events in Skegness is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to play a vital role in keeping the resort running smoothly. You will handle deliveries, stock and liaise with Accommodation Team to ensure guests have what they need for memorable holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Behind every great guest experience is a hardworking team making the magic possible, and our Stores department is where it all begins.

We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Warehouse Team Member to play a vital role in keeping our entire Skegness resort running smoothly. From the moment supplier deliveries arrive, you will be the gears that keep us moving, ensuring our Accommodation Team are fully stocked with everything they need to deliver unforgettable holidays.

This is an active, physical, and hands-on role where you will truly get stuck in. Because you will be operating heavy machinery and transport, you must be aged 21 or over for equipment insurance purposes, hold a full UK driving licence.

You should bring previous experience in a warehouse or busy retail environment, alongside the physical fitness needed to confidently handle heavy lifting, including large barrels and frozen stock. You will join a brilliant, supportive team that will make you feel welcome from day one.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Driving our gator and vans by collecting and delivering our linen, handling stock daily, you will safely receive all supplier deliveries and distribute essential goods efficiently right across the resort. You will take full ownership of checking incoming orders with high attention to detail, rotating stock accurately, and you will keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe for your teammates at all times. You will bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift, collaborating closely with your team to support and venue requests while remaining flexible to adapt your start and finish times whenever operational needs change.
