Job summary

Butlin's is looking for a Team Member Plus to join our resort-wide team. You will not be tied to one department; you’ll support multiple teams and help deliver a fantastic guest experience across accommodation, dining, entertainment, and activities.

You’ll clean guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays and spend the rest of the week in areas such as sports, restaurants, buffets, bars, shops, and the fairground.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, adaptable team player with a passion for guest experience.
• Ability to multitask and support multiple teams across the resort.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest accommodation 30-35 hours per week across 5 days.
• Support multiple teams across the resort in sports, restaurants, buffets, bars and shops.
• Engage with guests to create a fun, welcoming environment.
• Work evenings and weekends as required.

About the role

'Getting Stuck In' is one of our key values, and that's exactly what this role is all about.

As a Team Member Plus, you won't be tied to one department. Instead, you'll work across the resort supporting different teams and helping deliver a fantastic experience for our guests.

No two days are the same. You'll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, with the rest of your week taking you into areas like sports & activities, restaurants & quick-serve food, buffets, bars & shops, or the fairground. There may be times you’ll work in more than one of these areas.

For this role, we have apprenticeships such as Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2 and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses. Should this be of interest, we would love to tell you more during the recruitment process.

About You

We're looking for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new skills and working with others. No previous experience is needed — what matters most is your attitude, your energy, a willingness to get stuck in, and a genuine passion for making a difference to our guests.
