Job summary

Butlin's Conferences & Events is seeking public area cleaners to join the resort team in Bognor Regis. You will perform cleaning across floors, furniture, and common areas, ensuring a pristine environment for guests.

Training is provided, and you may assist with setting up entertainment venues, which can involve heavy lifting. The role is permanent, full-time, with a 40-hour week across 5 days and variable shifts between 3pm and 5am.

Responsibilities

• Clean all flooring, carpets and hard floors in designated areas.

• Clean and disinfect toilets and changing rooms; maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist with setting up and re-setting entertainment venue furniture; may involve heavy lifting.

About The Role

We're looking for public area cleaners to join our resort team! Each week, Butlin's welcomes thousands of guests through our doors, many of whom stay in our on resort accommodation. Our public area cleaners will support with a range of cleaning tasks including cleaning of all flooring, carpet and hard floors, cleaning and dusting of furniture and fittings in designated areas, cleaning and disinfecting of toilets and changing rooms. You will use our commercial cleaning equipment and training will be provided. You will also form part of the team who set up and re-set all our entertainment venue furniture. This can involve heavy lifting at times. You will form part of an amazing team, dedicated to providing a great experience to our guests. We are looking for cleaning team members that can provide that extra bit of sparkle to our guests holidays by helping to keep the public areas of our resort clean, tidy and pristine. About You

We're looking for people with a passion for high standards who thrive in a busy environment. You should enjoy working in a team and have a great 'get stuck in' attitude. Previous experience in a cleaning role would be advantageous but isn't essential as we will give you all the necessary training to excel. This is a full time role covering 40 hours a week, 5 days over 7 with a variety of shifts between 3pm - 5am. There may be times you will support the other areas in the department across the resort also. This role requires you to be aged 18 and over, live in accommodation may be available to those over 18 and if re-locating to the area.
