Away Resorts Ltd at Tattershall Lakes is seeking an Accommodation Cleaner to join our friendly team. You will prepare guest accommodation to high standards, change beds, vacuum, dust, and clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces, helping guests enjoy their stay.

This part-time role (Mon and Fri with options for weekends) offers training, a personalised uniform, and pension, with bank holidays worked and opportunities for extra hours.

Qualifications

• Have an awareness of what clean means – attention to detail and a genuine thrill from a job well-done.
• Be friendly and helpful – delightful with guests and good at communicating within the team.
• Be open to learning – experience isn’t as important as eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest accommodation to high standards, including beds, vacuuming and dusting.
• Thoroughly clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces.
• Contribute to guests’ holiday experience – and be willing to help beyond assigned tasks.
• Work on bank holidays when required to support peak periods.

Location: Tattershall Lakes Country park, Lincolnshire

Salary: £12.71

Job type: Part Time (Mon and Fri), can be flexible around school hours. Extra hours may be available at weekends.

What You Will Be Doing

Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be cleaning and preparing guest accommodation to our high, high standards – and then a little bit higher! This includes changing beds, vacuuming, dusting, and thoroughly cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces. Always with the aim of making your contribution to someone’s holiday count every bit as much as the food they eat and the fun they have.

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. As long as you’re happy to help even when it’s ‘not your job,’ you’re our sort of person.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.

Skills, Experience, And Qualities You’ll Need.

We’ll provide training, but you must:

• Have an awareness of what clean means – which includes attention to detail and getting a genuine thrill from a job well-done
