Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC – A&H Group is seeking an Access Management Analyst to join our IT team. You will deliver day-to-day access provisioning, implement role-based access controls, and strengthen joiner/mover/leaver processes across systems and applications.

Working in a hybrid environment, you will collaborate with HR, Audit and the wider business to mature controls, maintain evidence, and enable secure access governance within ServiceNow workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in Access Management or IAM roles.
• Experience administering users and groups in Windows AD.
• Experience with joiner, mover and leaver processes.
• Understanding of least privilege and segregation of duties.
• Experience with service management/workflow tools, preferably ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Process access requests, changes and removals within agreed service levels.
• Administer and troubleshoot access through Windows AD and application-specific models.
• Coordinate application access reviews, attestations and remediation.
• Develop and rollout role-based access control across priority business areas.
• Improve ServiceNow access catalog items, forms, workflows and reporting.
