Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC – A&H Group is hiring an Access Management Analyst to deliver day-to-day access delivery and mature controls. The role spans joiner/mover/leaver processes, role-based access control rollout, and collaboration across IT, HR, Audit, and Risk teams.

You will move manual processes into ServiceNow workflows, support access reviews, and help build a resilient access governance model across a complex organisation with a global footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in Access Management, Identity and Access Management, IT security or IT operations.
• Understanding of joiner/mover/leaver processes and role-based access controls.
• Ability to document requirements and translate them into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process access requests, changes and removals within SLAs with approvals and policy evidence.
• Support joiner/mover/leaver control framework and strengthen mover processes.
• Administer and troubleshoot access via Windows Active Directory and application-specific models.
• Maintain records and ensure timely resolution of access issues.
• Coordinate application access reviews and attestations with owners and reviewers.
• Help mature segregation of duties processes and provide audit evidence.
