Working in our Access Management team, the Engineer will play a major role in our successful Access Management function across the organisation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving improvements to enhance control and reduce risk.
This key role will encompass being a subject matter expert across both the Access Management Team and the Society.

For this job you'll be located at our nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. You’ll be an Access Management Engineer supporting the team internally as well as stakeholders across the business. You will contribute to and support both the BAU and transformation agendas, using your influencing skills to ensure stakeholder understanding and support.
You’ll specifically work within the Access Management Governance and Control team, responsible for Privileged Access Management processes related to business monitoring and reporting. Additionally, you will be part of the SME team working on transformation activities for monitoring and reporting.
You’ll leverage your access management expertise to support the business in ensuring change initiatives adhere to standards.
As our work area is regularly audited, you’ll assist in providing evidence for audits, help remediate gaps, and close audit findings.
You’ll also be on a rota to provide out-of-hours support, ensuring timely resolution of privileged access issues.
