Job summary

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is seeking an experienced Access and Inclusion Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Access and Inclusion Team across Norfolk and Waveney. This role focuses on engaging seldom-heard communities, strengthening partnerships with local authorities and VCSE groups, and ensuring our services are inclusive, equitable and responsive to local needs.

The role also includes measuring impact with dashboards and reporting to support continuous service improvement

Qualifications

• Significant experience in mental health, wellbeing, health, social care or voluntary sector services.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Experience developing services for underrepresented communities.
• Strong partnership working across organisations and sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a county-wide Access and Inclusion team across North, South, East, West and central Norfolk and Waveney.
• Drive initiatives to improve access to NHS Talking Therapies for underrepresented groups.
• Engage with community stakeholders and build trusted relationships with communities.
