Get Staff is recruiting an Access Control Engineer for London and surrounding areas (M25). You will install, service, maintain and fault-find on modern access control solutions, including facial recognition and swipe-card readers integrated with turnstiles.

The role offers a £40,000–£43,000 basic salary, with door-to-door travel paid, overtime at 1.5x and 2x, a company vehicle and fuel card, plus a pension and private healthcare.

Access Control Engineer - London, M25

£40,000 – £43,000 basic salary, covering the M25. Door‑to‑door travel paid. Overtime paid at 1.5x and 2x rates. Company vehicle and fuel card provided. No on‑call rota. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (some flexibility). Company pension, private healthcare. Annual leave entitlement. Full training on the company's own systems. Immediate start available.

We’re recruiting a well‑established specialist in Access Control systems, working across major construction sites throughout London, the M25, and surrounding counties. The role involves installing, servicing, maintaining and fault‑finding on modern access control solutions, including facial recognition technology and swipe‑card readers integrated with turnstile systems. Full product training is provided on the company's own equipment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and fault‑find on Access Control systems.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience installing and servicing Access Control systems.
• Strong fault‑finding and maintenance skills.
• Experience with Paxton Access Control systems (preferred but not essential).
• A full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and technologies.
