4way Recruitment is seeking an Access Control Automation Engineer for a permanent role in London. The role is based on-site with a salary between £42,000 and £48,000 basic, plus a company vehicle and overtime potential. OTE £50,000+ and a supportive environment with career development.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in access control, be ADIA/ADSA qualified, hold a full UK driving licence and demonstrate a customer-focused approach to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain access control systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and fault finding.
• Complete accurate job reports and service documentation.
• Work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date timesheets and records.
• Participate in the on-call rota.
